Terms & Conditions
NE GAMES LTD · Company number 13211167 · Updated 13 October 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Squash Players Diary is provided by NE GAMES LTD, company number 13211167 ("we", "us"). You contract with NE GAMES LTD for access to the diary service, subject to the reseller arrangements below. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or have the necessary parental or guardian consent.
2. Your account and diary
The service lets you record squash games, results, competitions, personal appointments and reminders. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having permission to record information about other people. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while you have access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to upload malware. Do not interfere with security, probe systems without permission, scrape the service, evade access restrictions, resell access or attempt to reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it.
4. Ownership and your content
NE GAMES LTD retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including its software, documentation and branding. You retain your rights in your diary content and grant us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide and protect the service. Report rights-holder complaints using the contact details below; we may remove infringing content and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.
5. Payments, trials and cancellation
Subscriptions offer a 14-day free trial followed by £1.99 per month or £14.99 per year, according to the plan selected. The checkout confirms the total, applicable taxes, billing frequency and first charge date. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid subscription and renews automatically. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge; cancellation preserves access until the current trial or paid period ends.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. To manage or cancel billing, visit paddle.net or use the link in your purchase email. Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day refund period.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Reminders depend on device permissions, connectivity and delivery services and may be delayed or not arrive; do not rely on them for urgent or safety-critical appointments. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending access does not remove your applicable refund or consumer rights; personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Contact
For service enquiries, privacy requests or rights-holder complaints, write to NE GAMES LTD at its registered office, listed on Companies House. Please identify your account and the nature of your request; do not include your password or full payment details.
